At MiaElah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

 We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 Please note that personalized items are not eligible for returns, as they are specially made to your specifications.

 This return policy applies only to purchases made through our website. If you purchased an item from one of our physical store locations, please contact that location directly to inquire about their return policy.

 To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at mia26sales@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

 Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your account.

 If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
